Loft-Style Condos…
We also Host Residential Loft-style Condos in and around the town center, which are conveniently walk-able for everyday needs, not to mention the beautiful nearby walking trails; the perfect escape from a hectic work day.
Future plans for Ladd Landing include a Bed & Breakfast, AirBnB condos units, Community Center, new Patio-style Condominiums, and our own Marina - “The Shipton on Clinch”, and a quaint community area styled after a “New England Fishing Village”.
For Those Who Enjoy Boating
While many of our current water front lots (with option for docks) are sold, we do have plans for additional water lots in a future section of the development.
For your convenience, The William B. Ladd Park is located next to Town Center (just off Ladd Landing Blvd & Fleet Street). This TVA Park features a large Boat Launch Ramp with tons of parking, as well as a Pavillion for picnics, etc.
There are also several Marinas nearby, including Caney Creek RV Resort & Marina. Click the button below for their information >
The Town of Kingston
In addition to our own Town Center at Ladd Landing, Kingston offers a number of additional restaurants and services, and is only a mile away.
Little know historical fact: Kingston (originally know as “Kingstown”) is the second oldest city in Tennessee. Founded in 1799, “Kingstown” was for one day, on September 21st, 1807, the State Capital of Tennessee.
From Kingston, you are only a little over 5 to 10 minutes away from the towns of Harriman or Rockwood, where you will find most anything you need, from a new car, a hospital, a Super Walmart, or many more restaurants and services.
If a bigger city is of interest for the day, West Knoxville is a short 20 minute drive.
