The Condos of Ladd Landing
The beautiful planned lakeside development of Ladd Landing offers various amenities. For example, only 2 miles from I-40 Exit 355, one end of the community is known for it’s private gated homesites, featuring large wooded lots in a serene landscape. Along with homesites, the community features over four miles of paved walking trails through the woods, a lakeside park with boat launch ramp and a pavilion.
The other end of the development, only 1 mile from I-40 Exit 352, is the Old Capitol Town Center, which offers a Food City Store, with pharmacy, bakery, flower section, and food court, as well as other shops and businesses like the popular “Maple Creek Bistro” restaurant.
Ladd Landing also has a number of condominium homes, some at the Town Center, and others within walking distance.
Three Areas of Condos
Currently, three separate sections of condominium homes are located within the community of Ladd Landing. Plans are underway to add a fourth section (and later a fifth section). We hope to add floor plans and more information for those soon. Below, you will find a few images for each of our three current sections of condos. In the near future we will supply additional information and images.
Condos at Old Capitol Town

The Condos at the Old Capitol Town Center are attractive loft style units, several of which offer balconies. These lower and upper level units are available in various sizes from around 950 to over 1,350 sq ft. A few units are sold, a couple may be for sale, and several others are short or long term rental units. All of the Condos of Old Capitol Town are conveniently located in the Town Center. Villas of Old Capitol Town
(Waterford Place)
The Villas of Old Capitol Town, located on Waterford Place, offer great mountain and water views from large balconies, as these units are perched on a hill overlooking the Town Center. The first sections of these beautiful Villas are generally commercial units, while the other sections are upper and lower residential units (some with carports). They range in size from 1,650 to 1,725 sq ft, and are finished with high ceilings, elaborate crown and baseboard moldings, granite counter tops, hardwood flooring, and high-end appliances.
Claygate Lifestyle Condominium Homes

Only 36 single level rowhomes and lifestyle villas are located on this twenty acre parcel. Units inside Claygate range from 1756 to 2600 square feet. All units have ten ft ceilings, granite countertops, elaborate crown molding and base board packages, stainless steel appliances and either one or two car garage attached. All residents in Claygate have access to a private six acre park and are within an easy walk to the Old Capitol Town Center and Ladd Landing's swimming pool and wellness center.
