Two Lots Ready For New Home Starts
As of January 2024, Sapphire Homes has cleared two great lots in Ladd Landing, both have floor plans ready for construction of new homes (see below for plans). One is Lot 83, the other is Lot 84, both in the Northbridge Close section, both are currently for sale.

Lot 83 is a beautiful 1.82 acre rolling wooded lot featuring nice seasonal views, as well as being perfect for a walk-out basement (or finished lower level). Lot 84 is also an excellent wooded lot with nice seasonal views on 1.60 rolling acres, and is another great lot for a walk-out basement home.
While both are great floor plans, if you call early, Sapphire Homes may be able to work with you by adding changes to suit your personal needs as well as giving you opportunity to pick colors, hardwoods, tile, and finishing touches.
