Old Capitol Town: 

This is the center for significant commercial activity at Ladd Landing. Old Capitol Town houses Ladd Landing's onsite grocery store, hardware store, restaurant, dry cleaner, fitness center, clubhouse, swimming pool, dental office, ophthalmologist, medical center and the Ladd Landing sales offices. In addition, Old Capitol Town hosts loft-style apartments and condominiums above the shops of the Town Center.

Claygate:
