Who buys our property? We have landowners from all over the country. Many of our residents are from the Midwest and Northeast. Many of our residents have relocated here from Florida. We have sold property to people from 17 different states.
Why do they choose our location? We are a low density development. We will only have 125 single family properties on 800 acres. We do not have a restriction that requires you to build within a certain timeframe. This is very important, because many of our buyers are not looking to move a period of anywhere from two to five years... sometimes even longer. We attractive architectural guidelines. We require the exterior of houses to be constructed of either brick, stone, Hardie Board or a combination of the three. However, we do not have a minimum square footage requirement. Many of our buyers are looking to downsize for retirement. We are a popular choice because we are offering oversized properties in a pristine setting. Our lots are heavily wooded, so you can have an oversized property without having a large yard to maintain. Woods, mountains, ponds and a 40,000 acre lake are the drivers for our location.
